  1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

1.2 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at

    nvrfashion2021@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We shall arrange the return pickup from your doorstep. 

  • Once you have an RMA number, please securely package the item to be returned, including all original packaging and documentation.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to our return address, which will be provided when you request an RMA.

1.3 Refunds

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • A reverse shipment fee of Rs 29 will be deducted at the time of refund per order.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the defective item, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
  • We may request photos or other documentation to assess the damage.
  • We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.
